You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Investment Services

RideInvest provides a platform for users to make investments. All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Before making any investment, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

4. Affiliate Program

4.1 Eligibility

To participate in our Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be a registered user of RideInvest
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• Have a valid payment method to receive commission payments

4.2 Referral Process

Once registered, you will receive a unique referral code. You may share this code with potential users. When a new user registers using your referral code and makes qualified transactions, you will earn commissions according to our commission structure.

4.3 Commission Structure

Our multi-level commission structure works as follows:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): You earn 5% commission on qualified transactions made by users you directly refer.
• Level 2: You earn 2% commission on qualified transactions made by users referred by your direct referrals.
• Level 3: You earn 1% commission on qualified transactions made by users referred by your Level 2 referrals.

Qualified transactions include deposits and investments made by your referrals.

4.4 Commission Payments

Commissions will be automatically added to your account balance. You may withdraw your commissions according to our standard withdrawal policies and procedures.

4.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to generate commissions
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Making false or misleading statements about RideInvest
• Any form of fraudulent activity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

4.6 Modification or Termination

RideInvest reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may deposit funds into your account using the payment methods we support. Withdrawals are subject to our verification procedures and applicable withdrawal limits.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of our Terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
